Author: Ruthe Stein is the founder and co-director of the Mostly British Film Festival in San Francisco. She covered movies for the San Francisco Chronicle from 1970-2020. She is the author of the self-help book "The Art of Single Living." She wrote a singles column that was syndicated in 30 newspapers in the U.S. and Canada. She teaches film at the Fromm Institute at the University of San Francisco.
