Nothing Much Happens’ Kathryn Nicolai will lead viewers through a “Happy Place” writing exercise/meditation where she will show how sensory details can build a safe place to keep you present. And Kristina Kuzmic, author of Hold On, But Don’t Hold Still will lead viewers through a “Hear Me Out” family activity that creates a structured way for kids to learn about opposing opinions and debate in constructive ways.
