Kimber, the first winnerof "The Great British Bake Off," writes clearly, succinctly and descriptively. He also has a world full of bakers in mind when he offers ingredient amountsthree ways, in both imperial and metric weights, as well as volume. Almostevery recipe has a simply composed, enticing photo, taken by Kimber.
